The "I-DOT One" is a high-speed micro dispensing device capable of nano-level precise dispensing through high-speed air pressure control. It can automatically dispense 96 types of reagents into any well under automatic control, completing dispensing in under 20 seconds for 384 wells and under 80 seconds for 1536 wells. "I-DOT One" is a dispensing device that achieves high-speed quantitative dispensing at the nano level. By using the "DMA Plate," which has hydrophobic and hydrophilic micro-patterns, it enables high-throughput screening while reducing the amount of cells used. We would like to introduce our high-speed micro dispensing device "I-DOT" and the single-cell dispensing device "x. sight." <High-speed micro dispensing device "I-DOT One" *Sample testing available> It can perform dispensing across a wide range from 8nL to 80μL with an accuracy error of less than 5%. It can automatically dispense 96 types of reagents into any well under automatic control. ■ Achieves very low damage to various types of cells during dispensing ■ Dispensing is completed within 80 seconds for 1536 wells (when dispensing 100nL per reagent) ■ Reduces contamination risk with a non-contact method <Single-cell dispensing device "x. sight"> Enables single-cell isolation of various cells with high probability and high survival rate.
